From the ones I've seen (including some with the luscious Amanda Long), not very hard. Bit of a waste really, imho.

Her FC vids show a young, pre-surgery TM with an appropriately smaller frame to accomodate them.
I hope that the surgery was done for commercial reasons.
Cos if for personal ones, you look at those vids & just wonder
