A Worrying Trend...

Hi All,
Sounds like I missed a good party last week and would have liked to have chewed the fat with a number of people about the rising number of amateur models who are asking guys to pay for be in shoots for web content.
Over the past few years, I've helped out on a number of shoots for free, just don't shoot my face, and have gotten retested as I fancied getting involved again with some shoots for fun.
I spoke to a number of models who had put posting around the web looking for guys for shoots and they said they needed guys for b/g xxx or party / gang shoot but I'd have to pay between ?50 and ?150 for the privelage and sign a model release form.
Surely if the model is going to use these photos on their membershp website (be that Wives Club / The Adult Coalition / Southern Charms / et al), the male involved shouldn't be asked to pay?
And if the guys in question have taken time to get tested, it should be a positive thing?
I enjoy being involved part-time in the adult industry but worry this trend is simply a way for the website owners to make more money and re-inforce the UK porn industry bad image around the globe.
Thoughts everyone else?
Harry
(PS Now available for lunchtime shoots in London)
