General chit-chat about past business doings involving 'names' is okay but in our estimation, some of the details you relate go a bit beyond that (although, we accept that you have no agenda other than to pass on interesting information).
Obviously, we don't know the individual concerned but when it comes to issues of privacy, especially in relation to models, our policy is to err on the side of caution.
