Could anybody recommend a reasonably priced Web designer for an Adult site my mate is wanting to start up ?

Best advise il give you, CHECK OUT WHO YOU GET, ask to see samples, contact references, check what they are capable of, be sure they can do what you need to be done :) and dont take their word for it :)
