Unlike Pro models most amateur girls/couples are quite happy with these amounts as its not their day job so the difference is very wide, we pay couples ?50 for about 45 mins of footage for our download site & give them a copy of the film & pics which they are happy with.
Amateur ladies are paid ?150 for sex with a couple of guys etc & as they are swingers & its something they would do anyway even if they are not paid.
The rates may seem unreasonable to some but to increase these it would only create a thousand Pro models overnight which would be bad for the Pro models at present & struggling amateur producers who don't sell the large amounts some big companies do.

I'm with you on amateur/first time girls as they seem to give it their all, as us amateur producers are their first point of call into the industry this is the only chance we ever get to film them because once they work for Pro companys we can no longer afford to pay them the money they do.
What i've found though is a lot of Pro companies will use them only a couple of times then dump them forcing the girls to then turn Pro otherwise they are left in limbo.
To me all people are the same & yes there are as many beautiful amateur people as there are Pro.
I have a lot of Pro friends models/producers but even they would admit there is not the closeness of the amateur industry where they seem far more united.
If some clever sod could form a union or website/data base of sorts for the amateur industry you would find it runs in to thousands just in the UK alone.
