Making Movies

Post by Scott »

Hi

I am on the point of making a short hardcore film. and would be interested in any tips, ideas, and recommendations from anyone who could suggest things I should avoid and what I might need to know between getting the girls I need together for it and actual distribution of the video once it is complete.

also looking for cameraman who has access to editing suite and has worked in this industry before. preferably with an open mind to doing something slightly different to the standard.

thanks
all replies gratefully recieved

Boy have you come to the right place for advise. Alec open the doors and let them see the fresh meat. Brace yourself Scott this could be painful.

i think polite hostility may force people to check back thru
previous threads before posting.
being "new to the site" wearing just a bit thin when the info
is there- most of it's common sense anyway lord knows !!

I can thoroughly recommend the Samaritans to any of the moderators by the way.(calls are taken in strict confidence !)

I posted a lengthy and, dare I blow my own trumpet somewhat, quite helpful guide to this sort of thing a few weeks ago. Search back for it. Need any advice beyond what's there, email me, I'm happy to assist keen, genuine amateur producers get started.
