What can be done about these tossers?

I ordered two dvds from them (both said to be in stock and for shipping within 24hrs) and heard nothing for weeks. They ignored my emails and I mailed them with a cancellation of order. I then find that they have billed my credit card. Several emails later they eventually reply to tell me that they are looking into it, but a week has gone without any further contact.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks.
Dave

You don''t put a reply e-mail so Mail the order number details to me and I will help you. There is no need for the tossers line I can appreciate you are frustrated but you are not exactly going to get the help you are entitled to with that attitude.
take the nospam out of the e-mail address.

i know from past posts that you have had problems in dealing with vidshop but if you just want to hurl abuse their way, send them an email.

Yeah, Good Idea. Thing is I did, several times, and got no response. Funny thing tho, since I posted my message, there has been a great flurry of emails and I wait to see if it produces anything. I'd much rather praise than criticise, but my experience should be a warning to others. I hope this is all sorted out, and if it is, I'll let you know.
