Surely the pricing, and length, of any clips on Adultwork are at the discretion of the individual members concerned, in which case it is Ms H. (or whoever is claiming to be her) not Adultwork, who is 'ripping off'* customers. Perhaps one's ire should be directed elsewhere than Adultwork themselves?
