Perhaps, in your honour (or your namesake's), we ought only to allow postings in alexandrines, haiku perhaps, or terza rima...how about the Russian skaz, or dramatic monologue? Or, possibly the sender's keyboard has a jammed lock-key? I agree it's a bad idea BECAUSE it doesn't allow capitalization for occasional emphasis.
