I must congratulate the guys at , their delivery times are always fantastic.

Today I am pretty certain the DVDs I ordered Wednesday night arrived before the email saying they were in the post! Keep up the good work

Thanks, rednose, yes sorry, there was a glitch with the emails, but we thought it better to concentrate on getting the orders out, should all be back to normal now.

Alex, do you work over the weekend? So for example, if I ordered something tonight would it arrive on Monday?

Yes we do, so from our point of view, what you are asking is fine, but as always the orders are subject to the Royal Mail doing their bit!

We were working a 7 day despatch system until the Royal Mail stopped Sunday collections in October, now it's a six day week.
