anyone got a video card

i have some footage that i filmed of my wife flashing in our local park i am looking for anybody with a video card who will be able to take some stills from the tape for a website we are planning

I know a guy whos got a really good editing program "Adobe Premier"

If you want me to ask him about it I will, hes a really good editor too (we're on a film course)
