I will send this letter to customs to try to get back the dvd they have stopped. aahasex.com have said they will resend the dvd(it should get through the second time they say). Some items were gathered from melonfarmers site.

I wish to deny that I am knowingly concerned in importing ?indecent? or ?obscene? or prohibited goods.
The item I ordered (1 DVD: Fist and Piss Partners - 21047 ) is available in several European countries.
The subject of pissing has been passed by the BBFC in the R18 certified videos ?Barely Legal #1? and ?Barely Legal #2?, both were passed on 16/03/2001.
A magazine which is sold legally in this country ?RUSTLER TEENAGE HARDCORE? has ?double penetration and even water sports accompanying letters and confessions?

This seems to imply that there have been no previous convictions of fisting being considered obscene. The BBFC were not acting on a previous case of obscenity.
The European Convention on Human Rights, now part of British law, which clearly states that any restriction of freedom of expression on people such as me, must be necessary and strictly justified. Is what you are doing justified according to proven harm?
I believe your actions are unjustified.

Yeah, fisting is a load of bollocks - in my humble opinion. However, what consenting adults do with their own bodies is their own dam business! A thousand curses on anyone who says otherwise!

It may be also worthwhile asking them to quote any recent OPA convictions against fisting (or pissing for that matter). The bbfc should be asked the same question because they are either being mislead by the police (a fun bunch of guys & girls (not)) or they do not want to ask the police the question for political reasons.
