Maybe it is on time to explain to the users of this forum a few things:
1. Public Domain - Such thing is not existing. This is an excuse very often of picture thieves who steal pictures from news groups or websites and place them on their own site.
This happened with me two years ago with a bloke from the U.K., who runs www.fantasygirls.co.uk, with name John Barry.
2. Using copyrighted pictures without permition can cost up to 10.000 dollars for each picture as a recent cort case in the United States showed.
I would warn everybody from now on who is using either the trademark SARAH YOUNG or SARAH LOUISE YOUNG as well as using pictures of Sarah Young on a website.

Sorry, but we are talking about the sexindustry and there Public Domain does not exist because the Copyright holders are still alive or the time to be public domain has not become yet. 99 years after their death.

Which only applies in the US, since it is a US law, right? Anyhow, it doesn't matter, because British and European copyright law is quite enough to prohibit publishing of copyrighted images agains the wishes of the copyright holder (though enforcement obviously remains an issue

If either of you bother to check the Material Sascha is mentioning ie: Sascha alexander/ Sarah Young/ Sarah Louise Young,
You will find that these names (if i remember correctly) are trademarked AND copyrighted as also is the Material in question whether it be Video, DVD, Internet, Photographs etc. etc. etc. So before either of you decide to argue the toss with who owns the rights to said Material etc. i suggest you take your heads from your own black holes and see what the man has to say on this subject.

Well done, Noddy. My problem is that I can?t express myself very well in english. But it is not only about me, anybody should respect the rights or ownership of other people. And if he is not doing so, for me he is bad person.
To Enzo: you can do what you want, and if you want to give away your rights, it?s fine to me. Because it is your decision.
But the fact is: this world has become a fuckin place and everybody fucks each other. This reality does not mean that we have to be the same.
