Anyone know of a model, based in London, but originally from Norway but been around for about 20 years, who has appeared, I believe in a Fiona Cooper video and a Shagnasty and Mutley video. Neither of which I have been able to trace

Yep. Rem and I also shot her in a Cinema scene, can't remember who for though. Possibly Your Choice.
