One to mull over [a bit O/T I suppose]

This is based mostly on the US scene- I get a distinct impression
that over there DP seems to be becoming a bit 'off the menu' for
a lot of recent recruits.
There is now a long list of girls who seem perfectly happy to have
multiple anals on their CV [and often with four or more guys in the
one scene] but who never seem to do DPs [a typical example].
Is there a reason for this? Is DP somehow more 'naughty'? I can't
think of any particular additional health hazards [the anals almost
always involve vaginal penetration and oral as well], and there
doesn't seem to be an overall diminution in the net amount of DPs
in newer material. Is there some weird new [pretty liberal, admittedly]
religious sect that smiles upon anal whilst frowning on DP- "Thou
Shalt Not take it in the Snizz whilst taking it in the Wrong'un, for
yea, verily The Lord will Smitest Thee"....or perhaps the one about
the neighbour's ass]?
So what's the deal?
