This bbfc stuff seems to turn jurisprudence on its head: isn't it up to the prosecution/plaintiff to prove their case? Seems as long as it hasn't reached court these fuckers can have it both ways.

And there lies the problem gentlemen. No case law or jurisprudence (was that a hit for Susie and the Banshees in the 80`s). So C&E, BBFC and the pigs (no apology for that word) continue to base their definitions of obscenity on prehistoric cases. I know I have a reputation for going on about this so i will shut up.
