Hi

I was just wondering if anyone has ordered over the phone via credit card from yourchoice?? If they have can any videos be sent to a different address rather than the credit card address??

I have ordered over the phone

They speak excellent English and yes you can have a "shipping address" other than your address on your Credit card details.

For the record I have found Your Choice's service second to none

All my numerous orders have been correct and delivered within 5-7 working days. On the one occasion that I waited a little over the delivery time I emailled and their response was prompt, polite and reasonable with the reason for the delay.

I totally agree - I always order over the phone - delivery is usually under a week!

I also always order over the phone. They are very good. Mainly english staff or Dutch who actually speak better english than us brits. I have even had to phone them re faulty tapes and they always pay attention to your moans. Nice people.

I've ordered from Oscar & your choice, and always shipped to another address other than the registered address of my credit card, via mobile phone with Oscar and cyber orders with your choice. The phone orders have always been answereed in Dutch but switched to english straight away, and put my english to shame.
