After seeing Cathy Barry on Red Light Central TV a couple of weeks back, I decided to take out a membership to Cathy's official website www.cathybarry.com, but after reviewing the content on her site, I have to air my disappointment at the lack of new content available to subscribers.
The last update on her website appears to have took place last August. Since then, there has been nothing in the form of text, picture or video updates from the woman who is dubbed the UK's number one pornstar.
The video section of the site includes all of the scenes from Cathy's Diaries 1 through to Cathy's Diaries 9. You can also view scenes from The Affair, Anything Goes, Extreme Cougar and Busty Brits Abroad. However, there are no videos from Cathy's last Diaries release Cathy's Diaries 10, nor is there any footage from Cathy Barry Cock Sandwich, Cathy Barry Extreme Interracial, Club Reps or The Writer Volume 1 or 2 - all titles featuring Cathy Barry.
The video quality on the website is poor to say the least and there is no option to go full screen. Some of the videos fail to buffer and a couple of them struggle to play beyond the midway mark which is also disappointing. The picture sets, however, are fantastic, it's just a pity the videos are not up to scratch.
As a follower of Cathy Barry for many years, I find it hard to believe that this woman has given up the one thing that she is not only great at, but also famous for. Maybe this would explain the lack of updates? I understand Cathy is now into her forties but her figure and looks are incredible for her age. She turns me on more than any other pornstar in the country and that is fact so why are there no updates from the UK's favourite milf?
Should Cathy or anyone from Pumpkin Media be reading this, please could you enlighten me and other Cathy Barry fans as to when future updates are due to be made to Cathy's official website. I for one would really appreciate this.

Totally agree with this review, very honest and I've experienced similar with this site unfortunately.
When I'd subscribed, none of the videos were of any decent quality when viewed in fullscreen mode on a 22" screen, and only a few were full length, some of the older videos were still in clip form and had not been updated to include a full-length version.
The pics are good quality, but at the end of the day, pics are just pics, I don't expect a webmaster to update sets of photos over the years as the image quality would usually remain the same, but I would certainly expect the video footage to have been updated and made available to members in higher quality formats such as higher quality .wmv or .mp4 file rather than keeping them as old & grainy .mpg files
I know I've said this before, but this is a cracking example of how the British porn industry just pales in comparison with more international websites, because the international porn sites have updated over the years, and with the advent of broadband and HD video formats, many sites have gone back and recoded their archived footage to make it available in higher quality (where possible) whereas British sites seem to just keep the old grainy clips from the 56.6k dial-up days..... and British porn companies wonder why people spend their money elsewhere?
Pumpkin used to have a cracking movie site of their own, no idea why they ditched it but they must have some amazing footage of Cathy and other British pornstars which is going unused.... why don't they put up a new site and make it all available in the best quality they can?
Perhaps some British porn producers can explain this to me, but I don't understand how difficult it can be to take the broadcast quality versions of the footage which are used on TV channels, or the video files which are used to make the DVDs, and convert them into HD (or very high quality) .wmv or .mp4 files?
Is it a technical problem to do so (in which case, how come companies like Private, Wicked, 21Sextury and others manage it??) or is it pure laziness on the part of the British industry not wanting to spend a bit of money in order to keep up with the times, and simply point the blame elsewhere?
If either Cathy or someone from Pumpkin are reading this thread, perhaps this is a business opportunity for you to explore....? Clearly you have fans willing to spend some money on downloading your videos, perhaps you may wish to consider providing for the fans in this way??
