What if the Berlin Wall never came down.... and the never ending supply of eastern Europeans/Russian females never happened....

What would the porn industry have been like today?... would the fees have been higher for the girls as extra supplies would not be there??

Would the quality of the porn have been better??

Sorry, I am just being a smart arse. Yeah, good question. Personally, I think the rates for models from the 'free world' would be higher and so, consequently, would the price of the end product itself.

Of course, there would still be a market for porn in the west - just look at all the films produced here before the collapse of the eastern bloc - but I don't think the standard would be any higher. In fact, I would say quite the opposite. I mean, look at some girls that have come out of eastern Europe over the past decade, some of them are jawdroppingly beautiful, virtually perfect ... and they are doing porn! Aye, there are some real stunners in the UK too but you are usually lucky if they give you the time of day, let alone be persuaded to shag some guy on camera.

Maybe, though, having seen the potential revenue in porn the communist governments would relax their rules on free enterprise and try and tap in to the market. After all, if gangbangs don't satisfy the socialist concept of everyone working together for a common cause then I don't know what does. !thumbsup!

I still feel that if the wall hadn't come down, the girls in the West would have commanded higher fees... supply and demand ! I bet there's a few girls out there that would have bigger bank accounts if the market wasn't being filled with the eastern block girls

The internet is responsible for the reduction in fees and explosion of porn right now.

The wall coming down did make a difference for a while but the europeans caught on real fast the value of their commodities and charged accordingly when they found out the rates girls in the US charged which is why they only seem to charge by dollars not realising the pound is stronger so to them when they got paid in pounds they thought they were getting less than the dollars they asked for (huh???)

The wall coming down was a beautiful thing for sure. We wouldnt have seen the likes of many a stunning beauty from europe doing the most rudest of things
