Only one h/c print was ever made of Come Play with Me and it was shown only once. According to Simon Sheridan (Come Play With Me: The Life and Films of Mary Millington) it is rotting away in some attic somewhere on the south coast. So your chances of getting this are infinitesimal I would imagine.
