A girl will work to her levels, leave it as that. If she want's to go further then let her go for it.

They know what they are doing (hopefully)

Most don't want to know if they do b/g etc.

Joining PS is not automatic unlike some other sites, and indeed staying on PS can be a problem for some: they appear to suspend or ban regularly for minor transgressions of their rules.
