Cumonlucy - website under revamp!

Three days ago I signed up to

I went to log in today & it says the website is under a revamp, it will not be update until further notice and to add insult to injury ALL the content has been removed.

There are no details to contact the webmaster, should I write to the payment company for a refund? (Verotel).

I don't mind if it's only down for a day or two but as it was only updated once a week anyway it sounds as though it's going to be down for a while.

Any advice from any of you guys who run a website would be appreciated.

You should contact Verotel and get your money back immediately- if things get up-and-running again you can always go and subscribe again at a later date.
Steve seems a good bloke, but he's dealt you a wrong-un here fella. This is not a particularly professional way to go about an update tbh.

I've done 2 past refreshes of our own sites, and have just completed a third by centralising our sites into a central hub at (blatant plug) http://ukxxxpass.com and our lovely members didn't see any downtime.

Thought I'd better reply to this to clear up the confusion.
I was asked by Lucy to take the free tour part of the site offline as she will no longer be running the site.
She is looking to sell the site and is open to offers from anyone for it but until it is sold it will not be updated etc.
The members area is still available to existing members until their membership runs out but obviously with no updates until the site is either sold or shut down permanantly.
Any members that would like a refund on their current valid membership should either contact me at webmaster@cumonlucy.co.uk or Verotel.
I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the site being taken down and the announcement on the entry page but with the site in limbo I tried to convey what the situation was and probably failed lol
Hope this explains and if anyone wants to contact me re the site or the sale of the site please do at the webmaster address

Fair play to you Steve for fronting up and clearing it up for the dude.
Shame about Lucy's site because she's a top lass and I wish her well, and its a shame that you've put the effort in to run the site mate only to have the run pulled. I hope you guys can get a decent price for it - maybe try HuntingMoon?

Refund requested yesterday & received in just a few hours. Excellent service so thanks for that gents.

I take it Amateur Splat has closed as well?
