Decent DVD publication company

Hi, wondering which company in the UK's, best to chat to about DVD publication.

Our last DVD sold well, looked good, but we got stitched over a little by the guy working in conjunction with us. Can I have some names of some publishers that would be interested in using our content to sell as DVD.
