Your Scene Best of British 70`s Porn

As someone who`s introduction to adult movies was the Soho Cinema Club scene of the late 70`s, now living in America, I`d love to get hold of these Your Scene compilations. I`m currently in London on business - does anyone know if these are available in any of the London licensed stores? If not, does anyone have info about possible online sources? I see Your Scene only provides a snail mail address. Anyone dealt directly with them? Recently found this site and am hugely impressed by both the work that`s gone into it and the value of the forum.

None of them have turned up recently in any of the (boringly US-dominated) adult shops I frequent Soho way, and even if they had we couldn't list their names or addresses here anyway. If they were around in London, or if Your Scene had a website, I'd be stocking up on the same titles right now (different generation mate, but a couple of glimpses of UK 70s/80s porn as a boy was what set me off, so when I see it now primal urges all come back to me!) .

But it seems the only way to do it is by snail mail, and you have to get a catalogue first. On the bright side, they're supposed to be pretty reliable.

If anyone who's got any of these tapes wants to do a 1-for-1 trade for anything else, then it looks like there's at least two people here who'd be up for it while we wait for the mail...

AFAIK they only deal by snail-mail.........they're reliable, fairly slow in UK (3-4 weeks), don't know about US despatch.
No credit cards/cheques at present, either.
Older stuff is of variable quality.

I'd confirm this, having used them fairly frequenty for several years. They mutated out of a previous m/o company , DMC, using a similar PO Box in Amsterdam, and produce an extreemly informative catalogue with cross references to films/girls in a similar vein to BGAFD, but not as comprehensive. Regarding the older stuff- yeah, the quality is variable, but the originals were nearly always one down from appaling anyway. It's somewhat surprising that any of them have survived! Recommended.

Sorry, I didn't mean that their recent reproductions of 70s material was bad (it's as you say dependent on quality of source amterial). The M Millington 'Miss Bohrloch' I received was as good as could be expected, I imagine.......
I meant that some of their copies of more recent (late 90s)stuff were apt to be poor sometimes.
