I note in Today?s ?Sport? that DS is advertising for more suitable premises for sex shops, or even existing businesses. ?Hurrah!? You may cry ? ?A sex shop in every mall!? But hold on ? this is quite a sinister development. If DS expands his chain of out lets and buys up any independent stragglers it will mean one geezer has total control of most of the retail outlets for R18 videos. This means he will be able to dictate the price he is going to pay to any British distributors and producers ? because if you don?t do business with him, you don?t do business!
This has negative implications for British adult video producers, who will be forced to accept peanuts for their time, work and investment and will drive down the woeful standards of British adult video even further! If UK producers get such a low return that they simply ?make a living? in future there will not be the money available to invest in quality British productions ? and quality British girls!
I therefore urge anyone who has had the ambition, or dream to open a sexshop to do it now, while the going is good. And save us from dirty, seedy sex shops, with down market products and hopefully in the longer term give a boost to the stalling UK adult movie industry.

Precicely. Of course, we are dealing with The Sport here, famed for its "Double Decker found on Moon" headline, along with numerous other examples of journalistic rubbish passed off as news. Why should this nugget of DS's life story be any more plausible. Even The Sun has more honesty than The Sport....the date on the front as it happens, although that is copied from another newspaper, of course!
