Does the forum search facility still throw up results from all forums (including archives) or does that depend on which forum the forumite is viewing when he/she/it clicks the search button?

I know from private emails that certain forumites are horrified by the change. Are any of them prepared to raise thier concerns in public? Nah! Thought not. Just me as shop steward rep as usual.

Well I,m new back Maggsy, looks ok, the only thing I can see is, someone post,s something useful in the ON topic forum, and it decends into OT, as it normally does, what do you do, ask some one to "step outside" and continue in the O/T forum, dont think that,ll work very well... POST and be damned, shouldn,t make a lot of difference to you, your used to bieng booted out, and you can carry on your late night "issues" in here......

no doubt, some will interpret this rejig as part of a vast conspiracy to control the internet... well, duh!

in answer to your question - you'll find that an option has been added, allowing you to either search the forum that you're on, or to search all forums.
