Just thought you should know that the boy Jack has settled in already, but we haven't done the Lumpy Chap poster hand-off yet...

Good stuff - you can always save Lumpy for a rainy day.
It looks like I've managed to slip my moorings here alright - so I should be meeting up with all me great mates towards the end of next month.
I shall expect a nice bowl of pie and custard waiting for me.
Meanwhile, comrade, I see the geese are flying south for the winter?

Outstanding news, old boy. Saw Chuckles and Titters this morning as they drove past, so I expect you've got an almost Russ Abbot-style party atmosphere going on there today.
Great news about the tunnel. Once the all-clear has been raised here, I'll tell Whitehall.
Oh yes: my hovercraft is full of eels.
That ought to baffle the rest of the forum... or will it?...

Outstanding news, old boy. Saw Chuckles((Kieth Chegwin) and Titters(Jim Davidson) this morning as they drove past, so I expect you've got an almost Russ Abbot( Jeffery Archer)-style party atmosphere going on there today.
Great news about the tunnel(Plastic sheep). Once the all-clear has been raised here, I'll tell Whitehall.(Gloria Huniford)

Ah yes, well hail him back for me!
You may be pondering the lack on contributions from our lumbering chum TSB - well he injured himself in a reckless (to quote Claire Short) game of footy last night. Sadly, (again to quote Ms Short) it doesn't look like a resigning matter.
As for Cheggers and Chalky ? I couldn't possibly comment!

Cheggars and Chalky? Now *I'm* lost. I have heard from Jack that there are many rumblings of discontent downstairs.
I'm sure a liberal dose of Alka SalarySeltza would cure it, but I can't see your 'Doc' prescribing it!

Oops. I forgot to ask: TSB (the bank that likes to say "And of course, you're worth every penny"). I assume his 'injury' occured post-match in the showers?!
