In a nutshell you can say what you like about celeb twats as long as it is not likeley to be beleived AND damage their reputtion. If your going to slag off a celeb cunt then dont say "David B****** throws goals for money and I have the documents to prove it". Instead say "Posh is an ugly little whore and coins in on her husbands success and her hair is crap and so is his and hes a gay looking cock who wears skirts and I hate them both" then its a matter of opinion and furthermore its not likely to be taken seriously and damage either of the media whores reputations.
