The only acceptable 3/4 length trousers for the British Isles are uncomfortably rough wool tweed plus-fours, worn with knee-length woolen socks (also asrough and itchy as possible) and stout leather sole shoes.

The average Northern male:

No.1 crop
England shirt (stained of course)
3/4 khaki beach shorts or sweat pants(pissed stains optional)
Tatoo on thigh and calf (usually dragon)
sweat pants tucked into stolen trainers.
Nike air trainers (2 sizes too big)
Tatoo on hands (mam, dad)
fake rolex watch
large gold bracelet, at least 3/4" wide.

Average Northern female.

Undernourished wearing all of the above, but with tats on small of back (usually butterfly)
The above can sometimes be confused with chip pan burn or bruising from spouse.

Favoured pet: rotwieller or GSD usually call sabre!

Plus Fours is what I wore playing golf before my plane crash a few years ago. Looked ridiculous and I won fuck-all.
