This has to be the worst year ever for good looking players at Wimbledon.
The Williams Brothers, Capriati, Klijsters, not a good looker among them.
Apart from Mary Pierce the standard has been as low as British tennis itself.

There are as-yet undiscovered tribes of natives in the heart of Amazonian rainforest who knew you would say that, Steve.
As for The Healer's comments, sadly the authorities at Wimbledon kind of insist on a certain standard of tennis playing ability, therefore athleticism comes before aesthetics. I disagree about the looks. Some of the women competitors are absolutely luscious, though Hantuchova could do with a good meal.
Of course, we could always arrange an alternative event where the women wear high heels (not good for the grass), stockings and peephole bras (not good for my heart). A doubles match between Chanta and Kelle Marie and Blaze Gordon and Denise Davies, with Wendy as a strict umpire and Pixie as the ball girl, would just about see me off.

it'll never be the same without Anna K.
Although there have been some fine young 'talents' this year, it just seems that they are less well known than the lovely Anna, Sharapova etc..
There was a cute american girl knocked out quite early, there was also another american Harkleroad. I'm also taking to Jelena Dokic more and more each year, nice rack and great nipples.
