ijust had word today i have to leave my flat for a 1 bedroom its the next block to mine but i have big shelves very xpensive stereo lots of records,vids,cds etc they want me out by next monday so i havent much time:i dont really need a 2 bedroom flat but its getting all the stuff properly set up,does anyone know of a reliable moving firm?

Hi Steve, Suggest that you get a copy of TNT you will find several firms which are essentialy transit vans with one guy , you will have to help, the advantage is they are cheap. So good luck and hope it goes well for you

hi ace,no monday is wen they want me there im in london though could you still come /help friday/weekend as im on my own now the key they gave me is vrery stiff i wanted to take some light stuff round too,the music system will have to be stripped down then reset im afraid im no good at that sort of thing,portables are ok,

You'd expect at least a months notice when being asked to vacate the premises not a week

If they want you to move so quickly they should be forking out for your
belongings being shifted
