Exactly the same way you put any picture in a post.
Pictures 101.

Right click on a picture, copy the image location and paste it in a post but start it off with [ img ] and end it with [ /img ], but without the spaces.
Press return after each line and just make sure you cap the ends with the [ img ] tags.

Your profile picture is done like this;
[ img ] http://marcos.dude.com/IMPORTS/Earpunis ... beavis.jpg [ /img ]

but without spaces, it becomes this

[img]http://marcos.dude.com/IMPORTS/Earpunis ... beavis.jpg[/img]
