We've just had a right good old chat about the Obscene Publications Act and the Video Recordings Act under the thread; What's the score with customs.
Albeit I'm a bit rusty as the law has been relaxed I'd love to get my teeth into these Acts again and how Article 30 of EU law effects them.
If anyone has any ongoing cases relating to porn, post them up. Or any cases that have been decided but would like to know what others think, post them up.
Five years ago it felt like I was sat with a solictior 24/7 let's roll back the years and remember the good old days of Sec 3 destructions etc. and how you got round them.
