Nice to see unstable madman Colonel Gaddaffi giving up his WMD programme which was nice considering they 'nearly' had nuclear capibility. As he has also paid compensation for Lockerbie, I think ALL sanctions should be lifted on this country, regardless of the oil Libya has for bargaining.
