help needed.......

sorry to be a pain but i need help from any tech guys out there.....basically my default on my internet explorer has been set to www.globefinder.net .......now I have tired everything as I have gone to internet tools and reset my default page to google but everytime i reboot Globefinder replaces my prefered default. I have gone to add/remove progames and deleted any unwanted files that have loaded themselves up, i have looked in files but cant find anything is there anything else someone can suggest so once and for all I can get rid off this bloody Globefinder!!!...............
