So, Teflon Tony is trying win the hearts and minds of the Great British public by making this announcement in the biggest-selling Sunday paper:



I'm no fan of drugs, but how the hell does he think giving head teachers the right to test their pupils is going to help? Another prime minister in another government that cannot see beyond the next day's headlines or soundbite. When the hell are we going to elect someone who tries to plan a few years in advance rather than make policy as a knee-jerk reaction to what the media and opinion polls say?
