LDM lost film

Anyone know anything about a film that was promoted by the Sport featuring LDM as some sort of secretary - starred a couple of scousers from Brookside (RIP) - the one who became a psychotic villain before he started on The Bill currently. Heard nothing about it at all - never reached the cinema. looked like total toilet but wondered if it ever saw the light of day or was some sort of tax write off by Sullivan if he was the one who financed it. The title was, 'VAN BOYS'.
