Stupid Job Application Forms

Having been in the same job for 11 years now I haven't had to contend with this crap, but I'm wondering if prospective employers still insist on using those standard application forms with banal questions like " What is your greatest acheivment ? ". I once put down that I was the first man to walk on the moon ( and no, I'm not really Neil ). They didn't mention it, leading me to believe they never read the stupid things anyway.

I'd have put "Stuffing my own head up my arse" just for a laugh.
Unless it was for Director of Bank of England in which case it would have been "Stuffing both fists up my arse".

It's the kind of thing that only comes back to haunt you when you're Maxine Carr and they're trying to keep you in prison a few years longer.

i have to admit when i first started in porn and i went to see my first agent, that whilst filling in his form i did wonder what DP meant.
i concluded that it was deep penetration and ticked the box only to realise 2 mins later that it was double penetration.
