Charlie Brooks in Mayfair? Hmm. It's a thought. Cruel, weight-ist comments aside, I doubt she'd do it. It usually takes at least a year for an EastEnder to turn up on The Bill (and even longer if you're a Flying Doctor!). Besides, I reckon Charlie probably has panto bookings well into 2006...
