doing it LITERALLY, i believe the only way he would have been able to have a wife, if Adam & Eve was his parents, & there were NO other humans on the planet & he didn't have any sisters to incest with, there was 2 options:

1: He had incestious relationship with his mom

IIRC, the 2nd generation womenfolk were acquired in Gath, or Nod, or somewhere (significantly?) 'to the East', which rather negates the whole 'first man' thing, of course........unless you allow for God being omnipresent, in which case he could have performed spatially-separate but simultaneous Creations that somehow didn't rate a mention on the Big Book......
