The fact that Idoldroog has gone past his 1000th contribution makes me wonder if there should be any sort of reward scheme around here, the equivalent of a supermarket loyalty card if you will. For every 1000 posts, the actress of your choice would send you a photo of her; for every 5000 she'd phone up your work and claim to be your girl friend. And for special landmarks, there'd be a big bonus.

I for one am quite willing to chip in towards S56's air ticket to Falluja (one way) when he hits the 20,000 mark.

I actually like S56's brief and directly to the point posts.

Random thoughts that fly into his head more often than not get posted here and are occasionally hilarious. There was one a few months back, a discussion about some semi-serious subject when S56 chipped in with the observation that the 'fat bearded bloke from Byker Grove' looked like a bit of a cunt (or words to that effect).

It's more the effect he has on ID and a few others when his random thoughts appear on screen without the context that brought them to his mind.

Your attitude is probably best. Anyone trying to analyse Steve's messages for meaning (hidden or otherwise) usually ends up heading a wall, as my battered plasterwork can testify.
