My local Massive (or youth club as i believe is a more credible and acccurate name for the hood topped spotty adolescents who hang outside blockbusters) make these crick fingered gestures to one another and they were mightily pissed off when I suggested they see someone about their arthritis. Apparantly I was dissing them and therefore risking the wrath of the brothers - seems 9 year old are very touchy these days. Anyway I should watch out as they may well, and i quote, ' pop a cap in my ass', or even a drive by shooting though quite how they expect to make a quick getaway on a tricycle remains to be seen.

Any way must go now as I'm attempting to 'keep it real'.

Come on, some MOBO music nowadays is still fantastic.
Theres a lot more to hip hop and rap these days than simply dissing hos and capping asses - the good stuff is still out there if you know where to look !

I see your point but all I am saying is that its not all like that, and as for not wanting to be part of the culture, I can agree with that as well.
But my point is that yes, "fitty" Cent etc fall into the catagory you describe, but not all rap and hip hop is like that.

Try Ugly Duckling or Jurrassic 5. You'll see what I mean.

There is good stuff to be had out there, you just gotta find it !

He looks and acts like he was crafted in Chav heaven As I watched him pretentiously adopting the gait and mores of a chimpanzee (bowlegged gait, grabbing crotch) in his XXXXL shellsuit, I felt moved to either trash him, or failing that the TV set!
