Nokia camera phone - help!!

Can anybody help a fuckwit like me with some advice. I have a Nokia 6230 phone & am trying to download the photos onto my pc. I have installed the drivers & pc suite & connected the data cable to the phone. I haven't a clue what to do next, can find no instructions on how to do it at all. Ant advice please?

Because nosey, I thought I would get some help from ordinary users & not a load of techno jargon, (or silly questions like yours)!!!!!!!!!

What I was implying was that you get some printed details from Nokia or by Email. Even if the printed stuff was technical you could study it at leisure and get your equipment working together.
