next door neighbours to me are never happier then when they complain about my music and tv volumes i often hear their set but i dont keep running to the estate office i even handed the woman a xmas card with a full xplanation inside a note but was refused.

You might be like me - too fucking nice.

My neighbours dogs used to shit all over my front lawn and bark all night. I asked them if they knew this was happening. They said yes and couldn't give a fuck about it and " What are yer gunna do abowd it eh ? "

Like the pussy wimp I am, I just put up with it. However !, some rough people moved in over the back fence from them and told ( screamed at ) them to shut their dogs up and keep their fucking shit off our lawns or we'll do something about it allright" etc.

From that moment on the problem has ceased. Its not nice but sometimes you just have to be a bit more forceful with people like that. I was lucky - someone else did it for me.

shes not so bad hes the sort all mouth im keeping a diary i know all the times he pounced on me 3 sundays ago i coulnt get a word in so i shouted fuck off and leave me alone.

This sort of behaviour will get you nowhere!, punch the fucka in the head, THEN - tell him to fuck off, he wont bother you again, providing your not playing stuff full tilt at 2.oo in the morning of course, in which case he may have a point..
