There was a similar thing on "World of Pain" which I saw on Bravo last week where some guy didn't like his nuts so decided to chop them off.

Not only did he teach himself some surgery skills over a couple of months, he also preceeded to film his own castration (which they showed).

Basically he cut his sack open and popped his gonad out but couldn't go through with it due to the immense pain he was in so he gave up, put it back in the sack and stitched himself back up.

A few months later he went to a surgeon who snipped them off for him.

You have to think people like this are completely off there trolley.
