Thanks for the info, now I know what the local kids are wearing. Thought it was just another fashion fad....or maybe it is?
Maybe a good suggestion for all kids wearing the bands would be that once the bullies are identified, aforesaid band should be placed around bullies neck & left in place until face colour matches blue band, bullying problem identified & solved!
