all or nothing

Post by colin »

just watched this mike leigh film ( taped off sky ) , what a very good film, superbly acted with timothy spall outstanding. typically bleak, but very watchable nonetheless. ended up quite drained emotionally!

Spall is an under-rated actor. Absolutely magnificent in Poliakof's mini-series Shooting The Past from about five years ago.

no steve, lesley manville played spalls wife. it's about life on a london estate, spall's a mini-cab driver.
