Down the gym today for a one on one fitness session..I usually have a bloke called...actually fuck what he is called...but he was not there today..so I had his replacement Miss Sinclaire...to say she is looking better than ever is an understatement...She is alive and well teaching fitness and to be quite honest with you looked very happy in herself

I sense a sudden increase in membership applications for Kromes gym. Stalkers and raincoaters need not apply!

One on one sessions with a bloke whos name he cant remember! Reminds me of my uncles stories from his navy days.

What is a gym anyway? Do they have a cigarette machine and a licensed bar? If not I`m not interested.

I went to the chiropodists the other day and guess who cut my nails? Teresa May. And the bus driver who drove me there was Steve from Ben Dovers films. Gotta dash I`m having my hair cut soon by Nicky Sterling.

I remember Charmaine telling me a few years ago that she was interested in all that personal trainer/instructor malarkey, so I'm not at all surprised.

A number of models have gone into it over the years. You'd be very surprised by what they end up doing. How about launching a Where Are They Now? Alec?
