Ok lads, a HUGE embarrasment here........his publishers have this due out in April, EXCEPT it was accidently posted on an email for final consideration.
I now have it so if ANYONE wants a copy as a word attatchment to download just let me know, it'll save you ?25 when the book hits the stores.
It has the usual pics and poncey bits associated with a book of this calibre.

I have it on good authority that the tosser that put this out has a P45 as its gonna cost the publishers thousands.

I had it e-mailed to me.

Did not know it was not already available. I did notice that when I downloaded it it had plenty of spelling errors and not just because it was in "American" English [US English].

Shame such an English chap should have his work [??] put into US English. But then I suppose they will sell more to the US market than UK.
