Is this Tara Bardot?

I found a couple of pictures and someone from another board claims it is Tara Bardot.

I'd like to see where I can get the rest of the series of these, since I am almost convinced it is more than two pictures.

It does look like her, but I'm pretty sure I'd have remembered those boots if I'd seen that set before.
